HLTCOA is dedicated to ensuring our customer’s safety and happiness always. With your safety in mind, it is important to note, we are unable to take returned items due to the nature of our products.

All sales are final. Your 100% money back guarantee protects you in the case of damaged or defective products upon verified delivery. If you receive a damaged item within your order, please immediately fill out a damaged item report here. Please provide a photo of damaged items along with your order number. This is vital for us to locate your information and assist you as swiftly as possible.

Damaged or defective items need to be addressed within 3 days from the day of delivery.

Once the product is reviewed and confirmed damaged or defective by us, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item. Any product prior to confirmation is not eligible for either. 

Regarding Lasers:

As a medical device, no returns or exchanges are permitted of any Device that has been used or in a package that has been opened. 

If a customer wishes to return a new, unopened, never used device in the original undamaged packaging within 3 days of purchase, contact seller at www.hltcoa.com/customerservice to submit a return request. All returns must be authorized by seller prior to receipt. Once a return is authorized, seller will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions on how to return your device. A refund, minus shipping costs, will be made to the form of payment buyer used to pay for the purchase. Failure to comply with the instructions on how to return the device could result in delays in processing and potentially a refusal of the refund. 

Laser Limited Warranty:

HLTCOA warrants that this device will be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. HLTCOA does not warrant that the operation of the device will be error-free or uninterrupted. The user is responsible for the proper maintenance and handling of the device. No warranty is extended to any device that has been altered, physically damaged or modified in any way. The limited warranty does not cover problems caused by user acts (or failures to act), the acts of others or event(s) beyond the reasonable control of HLTCOA.

If device fails to meet the warranty set forth above, then HLTCOA will, at its option, either (i) repair the defective device, (ii) provide a free replacement device or replacement parts. Any replacement device or part will be comparable in function but may not be identical to the original. The replacement or repaired device is warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

If the device or any component thereof is defective or otherwise does not function properly within the Limited Warranty period (as defined above), contact HLTCOA at www.hltcoa.com/customerservice to submit a warranty claim. All returns must be pre-authorized by HLTCOA. Once a return is authorized, HLTCOA will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions on how to return the device. 

THE COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES FOR ANY LASER DEVICE. 

Results Guarantee:

In order to qualify for our results guarantee, customers must first receive an email stating that they qualify to be fully refunded for all Thairapy Gold products used during the required protocol use time. Throughout the required protocol use time, customers are required to do the following:

1. Submit updated photos of their hair recovery to the portal on HLTCOA.com every 12 weeks.

2. Customers must use their recommended hair products as directed by the certified trichologist and these products must be replenished every 12 weeks during the required protocol use time.

3. Customers must complete their Package Trichology Review with the certified trichologist every 12 weeks during the required protocol use time.

If all of these conditions are met, customers qualify for the results guarantee.

If a qualified customer’s initial expectations are not met at the end of their required protocol use time, they can submit a return request . Once HLTCOA staff has received and confirmed the return, a refund will be issued in full (minus shipping costs) to the payment method used for the original purchase of their Thairapy Gold products.
